Disclaimer

SSHush is a monitoring tool. It is not a guarantee.

// alert delivery

Alert delivery depends on a chain of systems, some of which are outside our control. For an alert to reach you, your server must be reachable, our monitoring infrastructure must be running, Apple's push notification service must deliver the notification, and your device must receive it.

We run serious infrastructure and monitor it continuously. But any link in that chain can fail. We will always be transparent when it does - our status page reflects the real state of our systems at all times.

// not a substitute

SSHush should not be your only line of defence for anything critical. If a missed alert would have serious consequences - financial, operational, or otherwise - you should use SSHush alongside a dedicated monitoring platform, not instead of one.

// limitation of liability

SSHush is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses, damages, or consequences arising from missed or delayed alerts, service interruptions, or any failure of the app or its supporting infrastructure to perform as expected.

By using SSHush you accept these limitations. If you do not, please do not use the app.

// our commitment

None of the above is an excuse to be sloppy. We take reliability seriously, we monitor our own infrastructure, and when something goes wrong we will tell you what happened and what we did about it. That's the deal.
